Job summary

Foxconn E BG Group is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design and optimize factory layouts for AI server and rack manufacturing. You will support NPI through MP, developing layouts, analyzing capacity, and coordinating with manufacturing, facilities, and EHS teams to ensure safe, scalable production.

The role requires hands-on layout planning experience, proficiency with AutoCAD, and familiarity with simulation/digital twin tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field required.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain factory layout drawings and space allocation plans.
• Design and optimize material, logistics, and personnel flow to minimize travel and congestion.
• Coordinate layout requirements with facilities teams ensuring safety, egress, and code compliance.
• Support facility buildout, line relocation, and ramp transitions with layout plans and move sequences.
• Analyze space utilization, maintain layout standards, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
