Job summary

Foxconn E BG Group in California seeks a Mechanical Engineer focusing on L10/L11 integration to ensure structural integrity, shock and vibration compliance, and liquid-cooling system performance for AI server/rack systems on the factory floor.

Responsibilities include validating liquid-cooling loops, evaluating rack structures, supporting shipment testing, verifying torque/assembly, and tracking ECOs with R&D and manufacturing for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

1+ year validating liquid-cooling systems, loops, hoses and leak detection.
1+ year in heavy-duty server/rack structures or L10/L11 integration.
1+ year tolerance analysis, GD&T interpretation, dimensional inspection.
1+ year shock, vibration, packaging, or transportation testing experience.
Ability to interpret drawings and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Validate liquid-cooling loops and components; perform pressure tests and troubleshoot.
Evaluate rack structures and interfaces; perform tolerance stack-up analysis.
Support shock, vibration, and transportation testing for durability.
Verify fastener torque and assembly methods for racks and components.
Review ECOs and implement mechanical changes in production; drive improvements.
