Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design and optimize operations across a multi-building campus, applying engineering principles and data-driven insights to deliver measurable improvements in safety, efficiency, and scalability.

You will partner with campus leadership, Operations, and Finance to drive productivity, develop labor standards using MOST, and influence key stakeholders while supporting long-term growth and innovation within a leading distribution network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering required.
• Project management certification preferred.
• 5+ years in distribution/logistics or related operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain CAD drawings for multi-building distribution campuses to support growth.
• Analyze workflows, material handling, and space utilization to identify process improvements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain engineered labor standards using MOST.
• Evaluate and enhance labor models to improve productivity and simplify operations.
• Partner with Operations and Finance to optimize incentive programs and metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for engineering requirements and permitting.
• Support capital planning initiatives and business-case development.
• Build relationships with industry associations to stay current on best practices.
