The role focuses on CAD layout, space and workflow analysis, and engineered labor standards using MOST, partnering with leadership to drive productivity and scalable improvements.

You will collaborate with Operations and Finance to assess incentives and baselines, while staying current with best practices in supply chain engineering.

• Act as IE SME, supporting capital planning and operational decisions.
• Coordinate engineering requirements and permitting with partners.
• Work with Operations and Finance to optimize incentive programs and baselines.
• Build relationships with industry experts to stay ahead of trends.
