Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking an Industrial Engineer to design and optimize facilities across a multi-building distribution campus in Schoharie area. You will blend engineering rigor with strategic insight to improve productivity and labor programs, supporting world-class supply chain performance.

You will partner with campus leadership and cross-functional teams to build a road map of productivity improvements using activity-based costing, benchmarking, and time-study analytics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience implementing and/or managing Engineered Labor Standards (preferred)
• Proven track record driving productivity improvements in distribution or supply chain environments

Responsibilities

• Design & Optimize Facilities: Develop and maintain CAD drawings for multi-building campuses and translate requirements into usable layouts.
• Align Operations with Campus Design: Analyze workflows and material handling to improve core processes and space utilization.
• Build World-class Labor Standards: Develop engineered labor standards using MOST methodology and train teams.
• Continuously Improve Productivity: Refine labor models considering scheduling, seasonal demand, and environmental factors.
• Shape Strategic Business Decisions: Support business case development and capital planning with stakeholders.
