Job summary

adidas is seeking an Industrial Engineer to identify and implement improvements across processing, distribution, packaging, equipment, and methods of operations in our distribution center. You will develop engineered labor standards, analyze data to drive productivity, and lead small to mid-scale projects with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a solid background in industrial engineering, Lean Six Sigma, and experience with WMS systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in distribution center environment.
• Strong MS-Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, PowerBI).

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement improvements to processing, distribution, packaging, equipment, and methods of operations.
• Develop and maintain engineered labor standards for designated job functions within the DC.
• Reduce operational cost by improving productivity and quality.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve leadership decision-making.
• Quantify constraints and implement process improvements and upgrades to alleviate them.
• Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting labor management productivity software.
• Lead end-to-end small to mid-scale projects and monitor budget and scope.
• Collaborate with various management levels and external vendors as needed.
