You will support layout redesigns, slotting optimization, and Kaizen events with operations and automation teams as Kovoro invests in automated storage and retrieval, robotics, and AI-based workforce management tools.

The IE team drives continuous improvement across inbound, storage, picking, packing, and outbound operations.
As Industrial Engineer you will develop and maintain engineered labor standards using time study and MOST methodologies, conduct line balancing and capacity modeling, analyze throughput data to identify bottlenecks, support layout redesigns and slotting optimization projects, and lead kaizen events targeting labor efficiency and ergonomic improvement.
This is a high-visibility role working alongside operations, automation, and technology teams.
