Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field required.
• 2+ years of related work experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent.
• Preferred: 5+ years with Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Design, maintain, and optimize production systems by integrating product design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.
• Conduct workflow design and analysis to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
• Develop models, databases, and spreadsheets to analyze data and provide summary analysis and metrics to leaders and customers.
• Research, design, and implement processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Prepare operations plans, including budgeting, capacity analysis, and production change management to meet technical goals.
• Support execution planning through project management, planning, scheduling, and shop load practices.
• Integrate supply chain considerations into production planning (supplier management, inventory optimization, demand-supply balancing).
