As an Industrial Engineer within Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) in the St. Louis region, you will apply industrial engineering concepts and techniques to optimize products, processes, and services that meet program requirements. You will work with cross-functional teams to integrate systems, tools and processes to define, develop and improve the production system. You may work on developing plant layouts, capacity plans, and workflows, evaluate and integrate new technologies into production and service operations, and support execution planning to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing outcomes. This role includes a strong emphasis on supply chain integration to ensure seamless end-to-end flow of materials and information.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
Level 2: $83,300 - $112,700
Level 3: $100,300 - $135,700
