The Industrial Engineering contractors will join Boeing Future of Flight in Portland, Oregon, to support production stability and lean initiatives. You will assess rate readiness and review the facilities footprint for improvements while collaborating with manufacturing, engineering, and production-support teams.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 3 years in related fields, with strong problem-solving and MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering field.
• 3 or more years of experience in engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and/or production.
• 3 or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.

Responsibilities

• Focus on production stability and lean methodologies.
• Assess and perform rate readiness requirements.
• Review facilities footprint for improvements and drive flow improvements.
