Job summary

Saint-Gobain North America is launching an 18-month Essentials of Manufacturing program to develop engineers into operations leaders at a single plant, with quarterly travel to other North American sites.

As an EOM Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience in process improvements, MES deployment, and Lean Six Sigma initiatives while rotating through site projects and trainings designed to accelerate your career within Saint-Gobain's North American network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Electrical, etc.).
• Internship experience in manufacturing or professional setting is a plus.
• Valid passport required for international travel to Canada.

Responsibilities

• Providing engineering support for site process improvements.
• Supporting safety/sustainability initiatives at the plant.
• Implementing new automation processes at the site.
• Analyze existing manufacturing processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for cost reduction and quality improvement.
