Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions in North America is seeking an experienced professional to help accelerate the transition to energy-efficient, low‑carbon industrial systems. You will identify and develop integrated heating, cooling, and energy recovery solutions for industrial and healthcare customers, traveling as needed to support projects across the region.

Reporting to the Director, Global Industrial Systems Solutions, you will work with OEMs, consultants, and Danfoss experts to turn opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
10+ years of experience in industrial HVAC, thermal, energy management, or facility infrastructure.
Strong understanding of mechanical and thermal systems and ability to discuss complex designs.
Proven ability to build relationships and uncover customer needs.
Experience collaborating across technical, commercial and external stakeholder groups.

Responsibilities

Develop relationships with industrial and healthcare customers and partners.
Lead discovery discussions and energy assessments.
Collaborate with experts to develop concepts, business cases, and value propositions.
Work with OEMs, consultants, contractors, and sales to advance projects.
Promote Danfoss Industrial Systems Solutions and expand North America engagement.
