Barrette Workforce Solutions, LLC seeks an Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment across electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Two years of maintenance experience and proficiency with PLCs/VFDs are required; welding/fabrication and automation experience are preferred. Overtime and weekend work may be needed to support plant operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.
• Welding and fabrication experience preferred.
• Experience with industrial automation and control systems preferred.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed to support plant operations.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventive, routine, and emergency maintenance on production equipment and manufacturing systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment to minimize production downtime.
• Maintain and repair industrial motors, conveyors, gearboxes, pumps, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, sensors, safety circuits, relays, contactors, breakers, transformers, and other industrial control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, ladder logic, and mechanical drawings.
• Install and modify electrical, mechanical, and control systems for production equipment and plant projects.
• Program and troubleshoot PLCs, robotics, and other industrial automation systems.
• Perform welding, fabrication, pipe fitting, and mechanical repairs as needed.
• Rebuild and fabricate components for industrial production equipment.
• Complete scheduled preventive maintenance and document maintenance activities.
• Assist production operators and other Maintenance Team members with troubleshooting equipment and repairs.
