Henkel Corporation, within Adhesive Technologies, is seeking a maintenance technician for the 1st Shift (6am-2:30pm) with on-call duties. The role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and strong troubleshooting of mixing equipment across tanks, agitators, filters, and valves.

The ideal candidate will follow procedures, document work, and escalate safety concerns promptly, contributing to a compliant, efficient production environment.

Formación

• Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
• Experience with process safety management (PSM) and 5S.
• Ability to diagnose and fix equipment malfunctions.
• Capable of reading and following mechanical drawings or specs.
• Able to document work performed and raise safety concerns promptly.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair mixing equipment (tanks, agitators, pumps, meters, valves).
• Perform pipefitting and process-line repairs as needed.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair components when required.
• Follow established procedures and document completed work.
• Communicate equipment or safety concerns promptly.
