Job summary

Henkel is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment. The role requires diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and automated systems up to 480V with a focus on reliability and safety.

Qualifications

Demonstrated mechanical maintenance expertise including preventive and predictive maintenance.
Strong electrical troubleshooting knowledge including motors, VFDs, HMIs, and control circuits.
Experience with RCA, maintenance planning, CMMS (SAP), and reliability practices.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems up to 480V.
Respond to equipment failures, conduct RCA, replace components and verify performance.
Execute scheduled maintenance, lubricate machinery, and maintain equipment records.
