Job summary

Henkel Corporation in Georgia is seeking a maintenance technician for the 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm). You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure safe, compliant operations.

This role requires documenting maintenance activities in the work-order system and collaborating with operators on equipment performance, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus available.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: performing routine equipment inspections and servicing to prevent downtime.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues and executing safe repairs.
• Safety & Compliance: adhering to OSHA regulations, wearing PPE, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
• System Logging: documenting maintenance logs and parts inventory in a CMMS.
• Cross-Functional Support: assisting with facility updates and coordinating with operators on equipment performance.

2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 3pm-11:30pm | $0.50 Shift Differential

What you´ll do

• Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine equipment inspections and servicing to prevent unexpected system failures and costly downtime.
• Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnosing mechanical, electrical, issues and executing safe, effective repairs.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhering to OSHA regulations, including (LOTOTO), wearing required PPE, and maintaining a hazard-free work environment.
• System Logging: Documenting maintenance logs, equipment parts inventory, and repairs into a workorder system (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Cross-Functional Support: Assisting with facility updates, collaborating with operators on equipment performance, and responding quickly to emergency maintenance requests.
