Job summary

Henkel is seeking a skilled maintenance technician for its Adhsive Technologies unit in Seabrook, NH. The role is an on-call, first-shift position with potential coverage for a second shift as needed.

You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mixing equipment and process lines, ensuring equipment reliability and safety. Minimum five years of related maintenance or mechanical experience is required, with strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with minimum five years of maintenance/mechanic experience.
• Experience with maintaining and repairing mixing equipment, tanks, pumps, meters and valves preferred.
• Intermediate computer skills including email and word processing; SAP experience preferred.
• Electrical, welding, and hydraulic certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused mindset with adherence to all safety procedures and hazard prevention.
• Maintain and repair process equipment with emphasis on 5S and process safety management.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Support pipefitting, welding and fabrication tasks as needed.
• Document completed work and communicate safety or equipment concerns promptly.
