Job summary

Qualifications

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on manufacturing and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical (up to 480V), hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Adhere to safety policies, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), use appropriate PPE, and maintain OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.
• Respond to equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, replace defective components, and verify proper equipment performance after repairs.
• Execute scheduled maintenance activities, inspect equipment to identify potential issues, lubricate machinery, replace worn parts, and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Adhere to all safety policies and regulatory requirements by following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, using appropriate PPE, maintaining OSHA compliance, and promptly reporting safety concerns and near misses.
