Job summary

Commercial Metals seeks an experienced industrial maintenance professional to support electrical and mechanical systems across our facilities in Oklahoma. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, calibrate equipment, and collaborate with maintenance and production teams to keep processes running smoothly.

You will utilize SAP for work orders, read schematics and PLC logic, and participate in safety initiatives. Training and advancement opportunities are provided within a Fortune 500 company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum 5 years industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Experience with electrical & mechanical maintenance principles, hydraulics and pneumatics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participates in the CMC Safety Programs and upholds the Safety Culture.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems using test equipment, hand tools and knowledge to determine root cause.
• Perform maintenance tasks including repair or replacement of damaged parts and calibration of equipment.
• Provide technical assistance to maintenance and production personnel as needed.
• Use SAP maintenance module to document actions and track time & corrective actions.
• Inspect and troubleshoot electrical, electronic control systems and process equipment.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and PLC logic.
