Fireclay Tile in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrician II to maintain and troubleshoot our high-speed production equipment on a grave shift. The role offers a 20% shift differential and an hourly pay range of $30–$35, plus a discretionary bonus and stock options.

You’ll work with the Maintenance team to service conveyors, kilns, pumps, and electrical controls, while following OSHA NFPA 70E and LOTO standards and contributing to plant safety and reliability.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens) and troubleshooting I/O signals.
• Familiarity with heat control loops (temperature controllers, SCRs) and actuators.
• Wiring 3‑phase motors, VFDs, control panels, and industrial sensors.
• Proficiency with digital multimeters, megohmmeters, and hand tools.

Aufgaben

• Electrical Troubleshooting & Maintenance: troubleshoot, repair, replace electrical components and perform preventive/corrective maintenance.
• PLC & Automation Support: assist with PLC and HMI troubleshooting and I/O monitoring.
• Instrumentation & Controls: install, test, and replace sensors and control components.
• Schematics & Blueprint Reading: interpret schematics and diagrams to diagnose issues.
• Cross-Functional Maintenance: diagnose basic mechanical issues on production lines.
• Safety & Compliance: follow OSHA, NFPA 70E, LOTO, and Arc Flash standards.
• Equipment Operation & Documentation: operate forklifts/aerial lifts and log work orders in CMMS.
