Job summary

PWT in Burlington, WA is seeking a Maintenance Electrician for a 12-hour rotating night shift in our automated engineered wood plant. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and upgrading machinery per blueprints and drawings, with 24/7 operations.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience and an AAS in Electrical Technology. Safety and NEC knowledge are essential. Competitive wages and strong benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years electrical experience in an industrial environment.
• Associate of Applied Science in Electrical Technology.
• Knowledge of NEC and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, troubleshoot, and repair equipment such as motors, frequency drives, electronic devices, and instrumentation.
• Install low and high voltage wiring in raceways including conduit and cable trays.
• Read blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures.
• Move machinery and equipment using hoists, dollies, rollers, and forklifts.
• Work with other electricians, millwrights, machinists, and programmers.
