Job summary

PATCO Products is hiring an experienced Industrial Electrician to join our Dolton, Illinois manufacturing team. The role focuses on troubleshooting, repairing, installing, calibrating, and maintaining industrial electrical equipment and control systems to keep operations safe and reliable.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of maintenance experience, a Journeyman electrician license, and the ability to read electrical schematics. This is a first-shift union position with overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of electrical maintenance experience in industrial/manufacturing settings.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and engineering specs.
• Knowledge of electrical safety practices and applicable codes.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical and instrumentation issues.
• Install, inspect, test, and maintain wiring, motors, and control systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on PLCs, PCMs, I/O cabinets, and conveyors.
• Document maintenance activities and repairs using CMMS.
• Stay current on electrical maintenance practices and safety requirements.
