PATCO Products is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our Dolton, Illinois manufacturing team. The role involves inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining equipment, with responsibilities spanning mechanical, pneumatic, and some electrical work.

You will perform preventive maintenance and ensure safe, reliable plant operations. The position is on the second shift (3:30 PM to 12:00 AM), with overtime and weekend work as needed; candidates should be comfortable working

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Technical or trade school education preferred.
Mechanical trade and welding skills preferred.
Ability to understand and interpret piping schematics and blueprints.
Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
Experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
Food or beverage manufacturing experience is a plus.

Mansioni

Inspect, diagnose, troubleshoot, and correct mechanical and pneumatic equipment issues.
Install, maintain, repair, adjust, dismantle, and rebuild equipment and control systems per schematics and work instructions.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to support safe plant operations.
Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine repairs or replacement parts.
Follow safety procedures including LOTO and PPE usage.
Document maintenance activities and equipment information.
Read and interpret piping schematics, blueprints, and documentation.
Collaborate with Production and Maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
