Job summary

JLL is seeking an Electrician for the 2nd shift to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems across large manufacturing facilities. This hands-on role emphasizes reliability, uptime, and safety, working with multi-skilled teams to meet critical facility needs.

You will perform preventive maintenance, read schematics, and document work in CMMS while collaborating with maintenance staff and clients. Union context and site-specific requirements apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or state equivalent required.
• Two years of electrical trade schooling or equivalent training/apprenticeship.
• Strong knowledge of electrical/instrumentation/control systems in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematic drawings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical/instrumentation/control building equipment and systems in large manufacturing facilities.
• Plan and execute installation, testing, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment and power distribution systems.
• Diagnose wiring or electrical issues from blueprints and schematics.
• Document all work in CMMS with hours and completion details.
