You will lead the full project lifecycle, review drawings and specifications, monitor safety, coordinate resources, and maintain strong client and vendor relationships while pursuing new

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of project management experience including crew management, quoting, and procurement.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to read engineered drawings, bid specs, and take-offs.
• Strong communication and leadership; able to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning to closeout.
• Oversee field crews, site superintendents, and resource allocation.
• Manage project budgets, billing, estimates, proposals, and forecasts.
• Coordinate procurement of materials, equipment, and resources.
• Review drawings, bid specs, and construction take-offs.
• Conduct quality inspections and OSHA safety audits.
• Maintain relationships with clients, engineers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Identify new project opportunities and prepare estimates.
• Visit job sites for surveys, client meetings, and training.
