Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, grow, oversee, and direct high-volume commercial electrical accounts.
• Manage project scheduling, billing, and logistical support.
• Review customer specifications, contracts, and cost estimates.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project files.
• Ensure all projects adhere to safety standards and OSHA requirements.
• Estimate bids, create proposals, and manage project budgets.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and overall project progress.
• Order materials and perform quality/safety audits.
• Lead recruitment, hiring, and payroll processes for teams.
• Maintain daily communication with clients and stakeholders.
