Ludvik Electric Co. in the Greater Phoenix Area is seeking an experienced Industrial Project Manager for a full-time, on-site role.

You will oversee electrical industrial projects, manage budgets and planning, and lead a team of foremen, journeymen and apprentices to successful completion. The role requires six years in electrical industrial construction with at least four years in supervision, and a proven track record of managing multiple projects from start-up to finish.

Qualifications

• Six years of electrical industrial construction experience, with at least 4 years in supervision.
• Ability to lead teams on projects.
• Past experience as Foreman or Supervisor on three or more projects from start-up to completion.
• Experience supervising foremen, journeymen and apprentices.
• Demonstrated quality electrical installation and mechanical abilities.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and manage industrial projects, ensuring effective communication and budgeting.
• Manage project planning and daily execution to meet milestones.
• Lead and develop supervisory staff and crews on site.
