Job summary

PureGrid Electrical seeks a Project Manager who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and driven by flawless execution. You will translate designs into actionable field plans and coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to keep schedules on track.

In this role you’ll lead day-to-day field operations, manage procurement of long-lead equipment, track budgets and subcontracts, and run regular alignment meetings with stakeholders. Travel nationwide to support key project phases.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of PM/Assistant PM experience in electrical subcontracting.
• Strong knowledge of medium-to-heavy industrial electrical work and blueprints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent hands-on exp).
• Procore and Bluebeam proficiency in daily use.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of mid-sized industrial electrical projects, on schedule.
• Coordinate field operations with Field Operations Manager and site superintendents.
• Track and expedite long-lead electrical equipment; coordinate nationwide material delivery; review supplier quality.
