Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical maintenance experience in heavy manufacturing, industrial assembly, or metal fabrication environments.
• Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and sensors used to manage automated lines.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and diagrams, including wiring and control drawings.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical faults on heavy manufacturing machinery.
• Maintain and program PLCs, VFDs, and sensors for automated lines.
• Service 480V 3-phase power distribution systems, MCCs, transformers, and testing stations.
• Perform electrical maintenance on overhead cranes, hoists, and motorized conveyors.
• Execute scheduled PMs to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings for installations.
• Follow OSHA and Lockout/Tagout procedures during servicing.
