Job summary

UE Manufacturing is seeking a Temporary Electrical Technician in Oklahoma City, OK 73127. The role focuses on maintenance, installation, and repair of electrical systems on heavy equipment, with potential to convert to a full-time position.

Responsibilities include repairing controllers and switchboards, installing components, performing preventive maintenance, and reading blueprints. The role requires adherence to safety standards and correct PPE usage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience with low/medium/high voltage electrical equipment is desirable.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics; calibrate and troubleshoot instrumentation.
• Must follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replace defective parts in controllers, switchboards, and electrical fixtures.
• Install and maintain electrical components on heavy equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on field electrical systems and devices.
• Test circuitry to identify defective parts and replace them as needed.
• Design and modify motor control circuits; read blueprints and diagrams.
• Ensure completion of preventive maintenance duties and uphold safety culture.
• Other duties as assigned.
