Zusammenfassung

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a results-driven electrical maintenance supervisor to lead daily maintenance in a large, 24/7 plant. You will plan, assign, and coach electricians and supervisors to ensure safe, reliable operations across a complex facility.

You will troubleshoot and prevent downtime on electrical, control, automation, and instrumentation systems, collaborate with operations and engineering, and drive safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 7-10 years of industrial electrical maintenance experience with leadership responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of high-voltage distribution, MCCs, motor maintenance, VFDs, transformers, grounding.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, automation, and control systems including PLCs.
• Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics, blueprints, and drawings.
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills across departments.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate daily electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe, reliable plant operations.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign daily, weekly, and monthly work with direction to electricians and supervisors.
• Oversee troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance of electrical power, control, automation, and instrumentation systems to minimize downtime.
• Partner with operations, engineering, and maintenance teams to plan repairs and support capital projects.
• Ensure safety compliance and foster accountability and teamwork across the plant.
• Coordinate cross-department work and develop teams; work in field and office with occasional extended hours.
