Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of high-voltage distribution, MCCs, motor maintenance, and VFDs.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical maintenance activities to ensure safe plant operations.
• Plan and assign daily work activities while coaching electricians.
• Oversee troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
