Qualifications

• 3+ years leading maintenance personnel in heavy industrial environments.
• Experience planning preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily maintenance activities to maximize equipment reliability and safety.
• Plan, identify parts, and quote scopes of work for contractors.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors and maintenance teams to minimize downtime.
