Agilix Solutions in Memphis, TN is seeking an Industrial Electrical Inside Sales professional. In this full-time role, you’ll manage order entry and quotes and work with OEMs, system integrators and electrical contractors to drive sales growth.

You will report to the Vice President of Branch Support Services and handle daily inbound calls and emails, follow up on orders, and coordinate with Outside Sales and Warehouse to ensure accurate, timely deliveries while upselling products in the

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical distribution preferred.
• Quick response time and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to promote products to meet and upsell customer needs.
• Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to execute company strategies for reaching new and existing customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
• Ability to source products in vendor portals like Rockwell Automation, Mersen and Hoffman.
• A strong desire to learn and gain an edge in the electrical industry, particularly in Industrial Electrical and Electrical Construction Sales space.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth within the Memphis market with OEMs, system integrators, and electrical contractors.
• Daily inbound calls and emails from customers in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Follow-up on customer orders and quotes after the sale to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.
• Enter quotes and sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Outside Sales to identify customer needs and provide solutions.
• Communicate with Warehouse Team to fulfill customer needs on orders and deliveries.
• Promote and profitably sell products and services within the industrial electrical space.
• Assist other departments such as the sales counter and warehouse to maintain customer service.
