Job summary

WSP Global Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Electrical Engineer to join the Industrial Center of Excellence. This role will sit across multiple U.S.

locations and involve designing electrical distribution, lighting, emergency power, and control systems for diverse industrial facilities. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, perform calculations, and produce drawings and specifications while ensuring compliance with NEC, NFPA, and IEEE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering required.
• 3–5 years of electrical engineering design experience for industrial or large facilities.
• Experience with electrical codes NEC, NFPA, IEEE.
• Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and common electrical design software.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute electrical engineering design for industrial projects (manufacturing, life sciences, semiconductor, battery manufacturing).
• Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, and emergency power systems.
• Coordinate electrical designs with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Support project delivery from planning through construction and closeout.
