Ideal candidates will have an engineering or technical background, strong English skills, and willingness to travel up to 98%. Proficiency in MS Project and MS Office enhances performance on complex projects.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Associate's, Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience.
• Experience in large plant, manufacturing, or process industries (required).
• MS Project and Microsoft Office proficiency; ability to read electrical drawings is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Install, wire, test, and commission industrial equipment including control panels and field devices.
• Support performance optimization through electrical debugging, tests, and startup activities.
• Communicate with clients to ensure alignment and build strong relationships on site.
