Stanion Wholesale Electric Co., Inc. in Manhattan, KS is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to represent the company to industrial, utility, contractor, and commercial customers.

The role focuses on account management, customer service, and achieving growth in sales and gross margin within the assigned territory. The position requires developing and executing yearly Sales Growth and Marketing Plans, maintaining public relations, and ensuring customer needs are met throughout the sales

Qualifications

• Selling experience preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Analytical skills for client data.
• Able to lift up to 100 lb infrequently; 25 lb frequently.

Responsibilities

• Make sales calls at customer sites to identify and address needs.
• Develops and manages sales territory and accounts to maximize growth.
• Introduce new items and demonstrate features; answer questions.
• Provide training and product literature to customers.
• Handle orders, follow up, and address complaints and warranty issues.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships and goodwill.
• Occasionally assist in credit and collections as directed by Branch Manager.
