Job summary

Siemens Fort Worth is seeking an Environmental, Health and Safety leader to strengthen compliance and foster a sustainable EHS culture on-site at our Fort Worth, Texas manufacturing facility.

You will coordinate programs, manage incident investigations, and lead cross-functional teams to drive injury reduction and regulatory compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO standards. Strong communication and field leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
• Proven track record in injury reduction and OSHA compliance.
• Strong communication and independent work style.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate EHS programs with factory leadership and corporate resources.
• Lead cross-functional EHS projects and action teams.
• Manage incident investigations and reporting.
• Conduct industrial hygiene and workplace assessments.
• Develop and deliver EHS training with the training department.
• Participate in audits and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor regulatory developments and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO standards.
