Siemens is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Professional for our Fort Worth, TX manufacturing facility on a 1st shift (7am–4pm) on-site role. You will coordinate EHS programs, lead cross-functional teams, and drive action to improve safety and environmental performance.

You will develop and execute training, manage investigations and audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Environmental, Health and Safety in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Experience with ISO 45001 OSHMS and ISO 14001 EMS.
• Experience leading EHS programs including injury reduction and corrective action planning.
• Strong verbal and written communication; able to work independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate EHS programs with factory leadership and corporate resources to deliver measurable safety improvements.
• Lead cross-functional EHS projects and action teams, driving timely completion of corrective actions and progress toward EHS goals.
• Manage incident investigations, trend analysis, reporting, and injury-reduction actions.
• Conduct industrial hygiene and workplace assessments, including ergonomic evaluations, air monitoring, noise sampling, and crane/high-voltage reviews.
• Develop and facilitate EHS training with PPE, Emergency Response, Hazard Communication, and related topics.
• Participate in internal and external audits, addressing gaps against OSHA, EPA, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 requirements.
• Monitor regulatory developments and manage compliance activities (RCRA, SWPPP, SPCC, NFPA 70E, ANSI).
