Job summary

Siemens AG in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an experienced Environmental, Health and Safety professional to protect people, ensure compliance, and foster a sustainable EH&S culture in a large manufacturing operation.

You will partner with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to drive safety programs, oversee regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, SPCC, NFPA 70E), and lead EHS projects on site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of EHS experience in industrial manufacturing.
• Experience with ISO 45001:2018 OSHMS and ISO 14001:2015 EMS.
• Ability to lead occupational safety programs and corrective actions.
• Strong communication and independent work capability.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Protect people, strengthen compliance and advance an EHS culture in a manufacturing setting.
• Partner with factory leadership and cross-functional teams to influence decisions.
• Support safe, efficient production and environmental responsibilities.
• Lead EHS projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a large facility.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, SPCC, NFPA 70E, ANSI).
