Job summary

Philips Environmental Health & Safety Engineer in Ontario, CA, will be on-site in a fast-paced FDA-regulated manufacturing environment for medical devices and pharma products. You will lead safety trainings, drive OSHA/EPA/ISO compliance, manage permits, maintain OSHA 300 logs, and oversee incident reporting and Business Continuity tasks.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in EHS in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ISO and related regulations.
• Ability to lead teams and influence stakeholders to ensure task completion.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety training and orientation to employees and leaders.
• Manage compliance with federal, state and local environmental permits.
• Oversee OSHA 300 log, incident reporting and safety program budgeting.
