Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, seeks an Environmental Health and Safety Manager to lead EHS programs at the Hudson, WI facility. You will ensure regulatory compliance, implement safety initiatives, and foster environmental stewardship culture across the organization.

You will develop and maintain EMS, oversee training, manage injuries and incidents, and coordinate with government agencies, while aligning with ISO 14001 and cGMP expectations to support healthcare manufacturing excellence.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety, environmental science, industrial hygiene, engineering, or chemistry or 5+ years of professional EHS experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in OSHA, EPA or state regulatory matters.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, drug-device combination, or other FDA regulated manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of 21 CFR Parts 210 and 211, cGMPs and their interaction with EHS controls.

Responsabilidades

• Implement corporate and site-specific safety and environmental programs and required documentation.
• Complete and submit environmental permits, reports, forms, and regulatory surveys.
• Develop site-specific EHS programs, policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Coordinate and deliver required safety and environmental training.
• Maintain regulatory records and company metrics and communicate results to site and corporate leadership.
• Implement and maintain the Environmental Management System (EMS), including corrective actions.
• Support facility interactions with government agencies.
• Manage work-related injury and illness cases, including the Return-to-Work Program.
• Support ISO 14001, Process Safety Management, EPA and DNR emissions reporting, and Business Continuity Planning.
• Manage safety and environmental consultants, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and company EHS policies and procedures.

Conocimientos

5+ years EHS experience

2+ years manufacturing

OSHA, EPA, state regulatory experience

FDA regulated manufacturing experience

21 CFR Parts 210 and 211 knowledge

Leadership experience

ASP or CSP certification

Educación
