Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ years’ experience in the commercial door service industry is a plus.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders; physical stamina for extended work.

Responsibilities

Door Installation: Install and repair a variety of commercial doors using appropriate tools.
Repairs and Maintenance: Diagnose and repair door-related issues including springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components.
Hardware Installation: Install and configure door hardware like locks, handles, closers, and access control systems.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all installed doors meet safety and building code regulations.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by explaining repair processes and offering solutions.
Documentation: Maintain records of service visits, repairs, and installations.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues efficiently and communicate cost-effective solutions.
Quality Assurance: Perform quality checks to meet company standards.
