Job summary

Vortex Doors is seeking Service Technicians to install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial doors and related hardware. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and commitment to quality workmanship.

Candidates with 2+ years in commercial door service are preferred; entry-level with willingness to learn are welcome. Full-time, on-site schedule; travel and on-call possible; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years in commercial door service is a plus.
• Knowledge of door types, brands, and hardware is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair commercial doors and hardware.
• Diagnose and repair door-related issues including springs, hinges, locks, and electrical components.
• Ensure safety compliance and proper documentation of service visits.
