Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Document Control Clerk in Freeport, TX. The role focuses on administering and aligning HVAC documentation, managing drawings, P&IDs, and ensuring proper storage and accessibility for internal teams and Samsung stakeholders.

The position requires experience in document control and driving responsibilities. Candidates should be proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and have familiarity with Confluence; AutoCAD is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in administration and document control.
• Valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• System administrator to document and align information in document management, Confluence, and PM systems.
• Manage project drawings and track P&IDs.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance to keep technical documents up to date and accessible.
• Assist uploading/downloading information to construction PM system for startup/hand-off.
• Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information.
