Job summary

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 5 years in the Medium/Heavy Duty Truck or Industrial Diesel sector, with teaching experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.
• Professional certifications plus 5 years of industry experience may substitute for the degree.
• ASE or ASE Master Truck Certifications T1-T8 preferred.
• 1 year college level teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and/or consulting to corporate clients as needed.
• Assess training needs for clients with CTD staff.
• Customize training content and format to client objectives.
• Adopt innovative teaching methodologies and delivery methods.
• Maintain current texts and teaching aids relevant to courses.
• Deliver training using texts, handouts, exercises, or assessments.
• Attend meetings with clients and CTD; complete Adjunct Faculty Orientation.
• Maintain class schedules, student rosters, attendance, and grade rosters.
