Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8 years experience may be considered in lieu of required degree; NCCER or related construction trades certification preferred.
• 3 years subject-related industry experience required; corporate/training teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trades training to corporate clients as needed with little prior notice.
• Assess training needs with Corporate College staff.
• Customize training content and format to fit client’s objectives.
• Deliver training using materials such as texts, handouts, class exercises or assessments.
• Update and revise course content and teaching methods to stay current.
• Maintain familiarity with texts, materials, aids and techniques; adopt when appropriate.
• Attend meetings with client and Corporate College, including orientations.
