Job summary

Noor Staffing Group seeks an experienced Development Manager to lead industrial real estate projects from feasibility through completion in the Atlanta area. You will supervise cross-functional teams, manage budgets, schedules, entitlements, and coordination with architects and contractors to ensure timely execution.

This role offers growth toward VP of Development, with exposure to ground-up and value-add opportunities and collaboration with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial real estate development experience.
• Experience with ground-up and/or value-add projects.
• Prior construction or construction management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of development, entitlement, and construction processes.
• Experience with financial modeling, underwriting, and development budgets.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial development projects from acquisition through completion and stabilization
• Manage architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, and other third-party partners
• Oversee entitlements, permitting, design, budgets, schedules, and pre-construction
• Work closely with construction teams to monitor project costs, schedules, contracts, and overall execution
• Assist with contractor selection, bid reviews, and negotiations
• Prepare project updates and reporting for senior leadership and capital partners
• Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, finance, and construction teams
• Identify and manage project risks throughout the development process
