Job summary

Collaborate with engineering, human factors, marketing, and design partners to translate concepts into compelling solutions powering IT infrastructure for leading companies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of professional design experience.
• Strong proficiency in 2D/3D CAD and visualization tools.
• Portfolio of work required with a link.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design portions of industrial solutions for hardware products and systems based on established design principles, strategy, and guidelines.
• Translate ideas and design concepts into artifacts such as sketches, storyboards, prototypes, and digital models.
• Develop and implement design specifications and reusable design elements for new and existing products.
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design direction and validate solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams and outsourced partners on design development and implementation.
• Participate as a team member on cross-disciplinary projects to develop holistic design solutions.
• Communicate design proposals, specifications, and data effectively to stakeholders.
