Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of professional industrial design experience.
• Proficiency with 2D/3D CAD (Creo) and visualization tools (KeyShot).
• Strong sketching, prototyping, and model development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; portfolio link required.

Responsibilities

• Design portions of industrial solutions for hardware products and systems based on established design principles, strategy, and guidelines
• Translate ideas and design concepts into artifacts including sketches, storyboards, prototypes, and digital models
• Develop and implement design specifications and reusable design elements for new and existing products
• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design direction and validate solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams and outsourced development partners on design development and implementation
• Participate as a team member on cross-disciplinary projects to develop holistic design solutions
• Communicate design proposals, specifications, and data effectively to stakeholders
